The Chrysalis Coaching: Learn Metalsmithing for Self Alchemy 

This is more than a metalsmithing course, it's an activation of alchemy,  ritual & creative awakening. This transformative journey initiates you into the element of metal, leading you beyond resistance and into the creative flow of self-healing, expression, and empowerment. Through 1:1 sessions (offered both in-person and remotely) you’ll experience the alchemy of turning precious metal into a reflection of your grandest vision of YOU.

 It’s easy to get lost in the heady-ness of spiritual development without a tangible way to connect your visions and desires into something that can be seen and touched. This offering is different because it takes you out of your head and into your hands. Metal is the bridge between the intangible and the material, giving you a grounded and powerful way to make your inner visions a reality. Through the focused, tactile process of metalsmithing, you bring your most deeply held desires into form—literally shaping your intentions with every hammer stroke. 

Each month, we’ll have three, 3-hour sessions where you’ll actively create your visions on both the micro and macro levels, conspiring with the five elements to create your wearable art in metal. Our entire economy is based on the value of precious metal, so by virtue, you will create art and learn skills that will be a profound investment in yourself and future. 

What You’ll Experience:

In addition to Hammer Therapy; through the microcosm of metalsmithing, you will:

• Create from your Yes: Each choice you make in the creation process helps  clarify and create your grandest vision while opening the channels for what you want to bring into the world.
• Cultivate trust in your sacred No: Learn & practice the powers held in your boundaries and discernment. As you move from the truth of your desires you'll experience the bounty the awaits you on the other side of this powerful little word.
• Unlock your unique magic: Is magic real? I say it's the only thing thats real. 
• Create ceremonial adornment: The jewelry you craft serve as emblems of your becoming. It is the physical artifact of the version of yourself you are anchoring into being.

The Process:

Whether you’re expanding your personal practice or creating one for the first time, I  support you in self accountability for devoting time each week to design, creation, and uncovering & moving through resistance.

 You’ll learn to deeply visualize your desires and see them clearly, so they can be  brought into form. The art of visualization will become an essential practice as you visualize your desires with vivid clarity, knowing that it will soon become materialized in the metal you work with. This process of visualizing and creating in metal is truly empowering, as you move from the imaginative spark of a desire into the grounded, real-world creation of that vision.

It’s also for those who have experienced challenges like chronic pain, emotional resistance, or a sense of disconnection. As someone who overcame not being able to walk for three years, I am here to support you in using this creative process as a tool for healing, joy, and embodiment.
